Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 28 August 2026
We would rather refund someone than argue with them. This page says plainly when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.
Nothing to cancel
Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period. There is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and we do not store your card — so there is no recurring charge to cancel. When your pass ends, it simply ends.
Your account and your progress remain yours after a pass expires. The five free lectures stay open, and everything you have already answered is kept.
The refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have answered fewer than 50 of the paid questions at the time you ask.
The second condition exists for an obvious reason: the shortest pass is seven days, and without it a refund would be a way of taking the whole product for nothing. Fifty questions is far more than anyone needs to decide whether the explanations are worth paying for — it is roughly two lectures — so if the product is not for you, you will know long before you reach it.
Outside those conditions we are not obliged to refund, but we will still look at genuine cases. See below.
We always refund these
Regardless of the window above:
- You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged and never given access. Tell us and we will fix it immediately, including refunding the duplicate in full.
- Money left your account but no pass appeared. First try the “Already paid? Check my payment” button on the pricing page, which resolves most of these in seconds. If that does not work, contact us and we will either grant the pass or refund you.
- We permanently withdraw the service while your paid pass is still running. We refund the unused portion pro-rata.
What is not refundable
- Passes bought more than 7 days ago, or where more than 50 paid questions have been answered.
- Failing the examination. We are a study aid and cannot promise a result, so a result is not something we can refund against.
- Accounts closed by us for sharing credentials, scraping content or other serious breach of our terms.
- Changing your mind about your exam date. Passes stack, so an unused pass is not wasted — it will still be there when you come back.
Purchases made inside a mobile app
If you bought through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, that store processed the payment and its refund policy applies. Request the refund through the store, not through us — we cannot refund a payment we did not receive. If the store declines and you think the case is genuine, contact us anyway and we will see what we can do.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account with your order or payment reference, and one line about what went wrong. Nothing more formal is needed.
- Email: ADD support@bcbrbuddy.in
- We acknowledge within 2 working days.
How long it takes
Once approved, we process the refund to your original payment method immediately. Your bank or UPI provider then takes its own time — usually 5 to 7 working days, occasionally up to 10 for some banks. The money returns to the account you paid from; we cannot send it anywhere else.
What happens to your access
A full refund withdraws the pass it paid for, and the paid lectures lock again. The five free lectures stay open and your answer history is not deleted, so if you come back later, everything you did is still there.
A partial refund, if we ever issue one as a goodwill gesture, does not withdraw access.
